This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming in the Philippines. phhoy reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. If a Player is found to be under 21, their account will be immediately suspended, all pending winnings forfeited, and deposits returned where legally required.

In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements, phhoy may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of payment methods used. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting phhoy customer support via the live chat function on the platform. phhoy reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending resolution of any ongoing investigations, chargebacks, or disputes.
phhoy supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit is ₱100. phhoy does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with phhoy's cashier schedule. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within a few minutes to several hours during normal operating hours. By using the phhoy platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. phhoy does not sell personal data to third parties and implements industry-standard security measures to protect player information.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, unless otherwise resolved through the PAGCOR dispute resolution process where applicable.
